GroWorth Trust Terms of Service<\/b><\/h1>

Effective Date: 27 March 2025<\/b><\/b><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Welcome to GroWorth Trust (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) registered in South Africa (PBO Number: 930082699, Income Tax Reference No: 0845998251). These Terms of Agreement govern your interactions with GroWorth Trust including access to our website, donations, use of the Linkedio service, and related services.<\/p>

By using our Website, making a donation, subscribing to our services, or accessing Linkedio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use<\/span><\/a>, our Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a>, Donor Agreement<\/span><\/a>, Return and Refund Policy<\/span><\/a>, Data Processing Agreement<\/span><\/a>, Cookie Policy<\/span><\/a> and Master Services Agreement<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>

1. Introduction<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

Welcome to Linkedio, a service provided by GroWorth, a Public Benefit Organization. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the Linkedio platform, associated services, and related applications.<\/p>

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and other referenced legal agreements.<\/p>

2. Authorized Business Representation<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

By registering a company on the Linkedio platform, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the company you create, manage, or otherwise associate with your Linkedio account. You must have the necessary legal authority to act on behalf of such entity.<\/p>

GroWorth reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Linkedio platform if we reasonably believe that a user has misrepresented their authority or falsely claimed affiliation with a business.<\/p>

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that all submitted business information is accurate and that you are legally authorized to represent the company listed under your Linkedio profile.<\/p>

3. Use of the Service<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

You agree to use Linkedio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to impersonation or misrepresentation, may result in suspension or termination.<\/p>

4. Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/h2>

By interacting with GroWorth Trust or its platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms. This includes service subscribers, donors, funders, third-party agents, and platform users.<\/p>

5. Donations and Payments<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

Donations are accepted via fiat and cryptocurrency.<\/p>

Payments are processed through PayFast, PayPal, and authorized third-party gateways.<\/p>

All donations are final and non-refundable, unless a technical error is confirmed by GroWorth.<\/p>

Donors will receive Section 18A tax-compliant receipts, if eligible.<\/p>

6. ioToken Usage<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

By accepting this agreement the subscriber voluntarily donates, in-kind, unused ioTokens at the end of the monthly subscription period.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

ioTokens are used within the Linkedio platform for automations and services.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Subscribers receive ioTokens for each subscription term. Annual subscription ioTokens are allocated monthly and unused ioTokens expire monthly.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Unused ioTokens expire at the end of each subscription period and are voluntarily automatically donated, in-kind, to the<\/b> Micro Enterprise ioToken Pool.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Donated ioTokens do not represent a refund, carry-forward, or any retained rights to benefits.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Top-Up ioTokens are non-refundable and do not expire<\/b> while the subscription is active.<\/p>

7. Donor and Funder Participation<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

Donors and funders consent to their data being collected, processed, and stored in the EU in compliance with GDPR.<\/p>

Donors may request anonymity, opt out of communications, or restrict usage of their data.<\/p>

8. Data Privacy and Processing<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

All personal and customer data is processed under the GroWorth Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>

Data is securely hosted in the European Union via OVH.<\/p>

Use of third-party AI services such as LLMs is integral to Linkedio, and Customer Data may be transmitted via secure APIs to these services for automation, transformation, and enrichment.<\/p>

9. Third-Party Users and Agencies<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

Agencies and third-party service providers may manage services on behalf of their clients through the Linkedio platform.<\/p>

These parties are responsible for ensuring proper authorization and consent from their clients in accordance with privacy and data laws.<\/p>

10. Open Source Software Usage Notice<\/b><\/b><\/h2>

Use of Open Source Components<\/b>
The Linkedio platform, provided by GroWorth Trust, incorporates and relies on open-source software components developed and maintained by third-party communities. These components are used in accordance with their respective open-source licenses, including but not limited to the MIT License, GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), and Apache License 2.0.
We acknowledge the valuable contributions of these open-source communities and provide attribution as required. A complete list of open-source components used in the Linkedio platform, along with license details, is available upon request and may be published in the platform documentation or legal information section.<\/p>

Compliance with Open Source Licenses<\/b>
GroWorth Trust commits to honoring the license terms of all open-source components included in its platform. Where required by license terms, source code and related materials are made available either through the Linkedio website or via request to legal@groworth.io. GroWorth does not assert ownership over any open-source components beyond those developed and maintained by our organization.<\/p>

Disclaimer<\/b>
Use of open-source components is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. GroWorth disclaims all liability for any damages or issues arising directly or indirectly from third-party open-source components.<\/p>

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>

1. No Warranty of Service.<\/strong>
Linkedio is provided by GroWorth Trust on an \u201cas-is<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cas-available<\/strong>\u201d basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no express or implied warranties<\/strong>, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.<\/p>

2. Beta Version and Service Evolution.<\/strong>
The Linkedio platform is currently offered in BETA testing version<\/strong>. The features, integrations, and service capabilities are still under development and subject to change without notice. By registering and using the service, you accept that:<\/p>
