GroWorth Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GroWorth Trust’s websites, services, and platforms including https://groworth.io and https://linkedio.io By using our services, visiting our websites, or registering as a user or donor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Donor Agreement (if applicable).

2. Eligibility

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or acting with legal capacity on behalf of an entity.

3. Services Provided

GroWorth offers various paid, donor and free services through Linkedio and its platforms. These include Agentic AI business automation, analytics tools, marketing automation, 3rd party integrations, and support for SMEs.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding;

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes;

  • Not misuse or interfere with the security or operation of the services.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data submitted to Linkedio or GroWorth platforms may include personal, business, or third-party data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share such data.

6. Donations & Financial Contributions

All financial contributions to GroWorth are governed by our Donor Agreement. Donations are used solely for approved PBO activities and SME development. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content are the property of GroWorth Trust. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GroWorth Trust is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, services, or donation portal.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved by South African courts.
