GroWorth Return and Refund Policy

GroWorth Organization (“GroWorth”), a registered Public Benefit Organization in South Africa (PBO Number: 930082699), operates the Linkedio service as a subscription-based digital platform. This policy outlines our position on returns and refunds across subscriptions, ioToken purchases, and donations.
1. General Terms
By using our Website, making a donation, subscribing to our services, or accessing Linkedio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use, our Privacy Policy, Donor Agreement, Return and Refund Policy, Data Processing Agreement, Cookie Policy and Master Services Agreement.
2. Subscriptions
- All Linkedio subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
- Subscribers can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
- No partial refunds are issued for cancellations during an active billing cycle.
3. ioToken Usage and Refunds
- ioTokens are digital units used within the platform for automation, integrations, and service features.
- Monthly Subscription ioTokens expire at the end of each subscription period and are automatically donated to the Micro Enterprise Token Pool.
- Top-Up ioTokens purchased outside of the subscription are non-refundable, do not expire, and remain available only while the subscription is active.
- Once consumed, no refund or reinstatement of ioTokens is permitted.
4. Sponsored Micro Enterprises
- Sponsored Micro Enterprises receive Linkedio access and ioTokens free of charge, based on availability from donor contributions and subscription profit.
- ioToken allocation for sponsored users is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
- Allocations are provisioned using a first-come, last-out principle.
- Micro Enterprises are not eligible for refunds or legal claims in the event of service changes, lack of ioToken availability, or discontinuation of sponsorship.
5. Donations
- All cash and ioToken donations are final and non-refundable.
- Donors will receive tax-compliant receipts (e.g., Section 18A) where applicable.
- Donated funds and ioTokens are used for the exclusive benefit of Micro Enterprises as outlined in the Donor Agreement.
6. Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a system or billing error.
- Fraudulent transactions proven via investigation.

7. Force Majeure and Model Changes
GroWorth reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service or token distribution model without refund liability due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Reduction or lapse in sponsorship or donor funding
- Economic conditions affecting operational capacity
- Legislative or regulatory changes impacting service availability
