GroWorth Global Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 27 March 2025
GroWorth Trust (“GroWorth,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Public Benefit Organization (PBO No. 930082699) operating globally to empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through our Linkedio platform and related services.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all donations, subscriptions, and token purchases (Top-Ups) made via GroWorth platforms, including https://groworth.io and https://linkedio.io.
1. Donations
All donations made to GroWorth Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
As a registered PBO operating under Section 18A of the South African Income Tax Act, GroWorth ensures that all donations are used solely for the advancement of public benefit activities, including SME enablement, employment support, and community economic development.
By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
- You are not entitled to any goods, services, or benefits in return (unless clearly disclosed and allowed under applicable tax laws).
- All donations are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable.
- You waive any right to chargebacks, reversals, or recovery of funds once the donation is processed.
2. Subscription Services
Linkedio subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Due to the nature of digital services and immediate value delivery, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial use, early cancellation, or non-usage of services.
You agree that:
- All subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
- Cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Unused tokens included in a subscription are not redeemable for cash and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
3. Top-Up Tokens
Top-Up tokens purchased for use within the Linkedio platform are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge:
- Tokens are consumed on usage-based features such as scraping, profile enrichment, and marketing services.
- Tokens may expire based on the applicable usage policies stated at the time of purchase.
- No monetary refunds will be issued for unused, expired, or surplus tokens, whether purchased individually or as part of a bundle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While all transactions are final, GroWorth reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review refund requests in exceptional cases involving:
- Duplicate charges
- Demonstrable technical error on our platform
- Proven unauthorized payment (subject to internal verification)
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the transaction to subscriptions@groworth.io and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Jurisdiction and Enforcement
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and adheres to applicable international digital commerce standards. By transacting with GroWorth, you waive any claim inconsistent with this policy under local consumer protection laws unless such laws expressly override this agreement.
